Grand National Roadster Show
Here is a preview of what to expect at this year's Grand National Roadster Show, held at the Fairplex, Pomona, CA, January 29 - 31.

Today is Thursday, Jan 28th, the show begins on Friday, and I took pics of some of the cars as they enter the fairgrounds.

There are every type of rod or custom imaginable, race cars, and even many that are beyond description. WOW! That is great.

Below are photos of some of the cars.

These photos are of some of the cars as they are arriving to check-in and go to their assigned space in one of the many buildings. I believe that most if not all of these exquisitely constructed roadsters are in contention for the "America's Most Beautiful Roadster" Award.
Here are pics of some of the hot rods being prepped for the show beginning Friday morning.
These photos show just a small sampling of the customs on exhibit.
Here are photos of just a few of the old and current race cars of all types and configuration. My personal favorite is the "Glass Slipper" dragster. I remember watching this race at San Jose Airport in '56. Cool!
Here are a few of the cars in the NHRA Museum and the "Cars That Made A Difference" display. Entry into these displays was included as a part of the GNRS.
Here are a few of the 'suede' cars and others on exhibit, in and around the grounds.
